The refund process is terrible. I wish I hadn't bought tickets. I ordered them for a Canadian game for a Canadian trip and the game was cancelled due to Corona in March and they kept my money and said it might get rescheduled. I asked for a refund and they said no. They waited until the NHL cancelled the entire season (June) Then gave me an account credit, but only after I emailed them asking now that the season was cancelled can I get my refund. Like I'm going to even see a game of any sport or show with a crowd in the next few years. GTFO of here with that. I declined the credit and asked for a refund and was straight ignored. I will not use them again and they stole $230. It specifically says on the website you can get a refund or they may offer you a credit. Shady. Greedy. And taking advantage of people during a pandemic. 0/10 will not use again.
Terrible customer service in dealing with the March 11th, Thunder vs Jazz cancelled game. They made me jump through hoops and continuously follow up with them to check the status of my tickets/found with me for weeks on a refund until I had to research the company myself and go up the ladder. I spent hours and hours speaking with multiple employees. After I got to the top to explain my situation, I received an email stating a refund was in process finally. It was so simple and the made damn near impossible for me. Won’t be using GameTime anymore and I advise everyone else not to as well.

My friends and I bought tickets to the motley crue concert at fenway last year. Originally I purchased tickets for 2 of us, but then we wanted a larger group so we bought more in the same section. I sold the 2 I had on gametime since we had other tickets. Obviously the tour was pushed off a year for covid, but now its been pushed off again. I have requested the payment for the tickets I sold, because it says I will not receive it until after the concert date, over a year from now again, and my friend who bought the other tickets has emailed and called literally a hundred times about our refund, but they will not respond. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing on here other people are having the same experience. We just want our money back! If we do not at least get a response soon I will be getting my bank involved and you can deal with them.
UPDATE: Was finally able to talk to someone on the phone and have our tickets now. Support was super helpful and I would recommend calling over email/chat.
I purchased tickets for a Braves game and got my confirmation email that the transfer had been initiated. Well a week later and still no tickets. I’ve emailed, reached out on social, messaged their employees on LinkedIn and still cannot get a single response. This is ridiculous and I’m shocked this company is still in business based on the other reviews with the same issues. You should be in prison for theft
Horrible experience, first time I have this situation,I bought ticket never receive my tickets cuz now they send a link to transfer your ticket, after you paid you have to go to you email and look for a transfer link but anyway the think is they have bad customer service actually nobody respond to your calls, chats or email.I would said make sure where you get your tickets cuz if you don’t want to deal with this kind of situation don’t get tickets here.
We purchased 4 tickets to the Pittsburgh Penquins playoff game. We received the tickets electronically through a Ticketmaster transfer. We got to the game, and our tickets would not scan because they had already been scanned for the game. We received fraudulent/duplicate tix! I called Fan Support and was on hold for 20 min before I was disconnected. Still haven't received a response. My son was in town for the game. A total disappointment and scam.
Purchased 2 tickets to the Astros/Angels game and never received the tickets. Contacted Gametime via email, Chat Room, and Twitter and no response. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and I find this absolutely unacceptable and would recommend anyone considering using this service to look elsewhere. You simply cannot trust Gametime.
I accidentally bought tickets to a Saturday game and they were able to exchange my ticket for the correct game on Monday. they seem to be over staffed by were very helpful once I got ahold of them
GameTime blows donkey boner. I have used GameTime in the past but I will never use them again. I will tell anyone that will listen/read to spend their money elsewhere. I purchased spring training tickets for 2 different games on two different days for a total of $500ish. Unfortunately, I had a death in my family and I had to cancel the trip. I fully understand this is not GameTime’s problem. However, it took GameTime a full 12 days to send me e-tickets...12 days, people! Since I got the tickets less than 24 hours before the 1st game I had to rush to sell them in order to hedge my losses. I sold the tickets for the 1st game but took a healthy loss. Also, I received my e-tickets for the second game 13 days after ordering them and once again, less than 24 hours before the game. I listed the tickets (on a different site, one that provides tickets real-time) but there’s no guarantee I’ll sell them. I’ll take a loss matter what. I called several times to have the tickets expedited, but that was too lofty of a goal for these jack-wagons. GameTime charges a healthy “convenience” fee, cool. In hindsight, that’s laughable at best considering it took the Apollo 11 space crew less time to fly to the moon, hang out for a few days, and fly back before my e-tickets arrived.
In all seriousness, GameTime does NOT disclose you might receive your tickets the day of your event at the point of sale, which has the potential to completely screw you when life happens. @GameTime - you guys suck. Thanks for taking way too long to send e-tickets. Never again. If I can keep one person (but I’m hoping for more) from using your platform then I’ll consider this post a win. Thanks for nothing, dingleberries.
Bought MLB tickets for my friend and I. I was so thrilled to get them for so cheap. $26! What a great price. Over the next few months gametime tickets scammed me around $200 never got my money back. They are a scam don’t buy from them.
I purchased tickets to take my Father to 2 vaseball games at Fenway and Wrigley Field. Games were canceled due to Covid and Gametime refunded 125% of my tickets' purchase price. I cannot wait for the season to re-open so we can re-order tickets through Gametime.
